I played Classic WoW pretty heavily for about 6 months after it released last year. Warcraft, Starcraft, Overwatch, and Diablo. With that said, I used to play all of Blizzard’s games heavily. So I can definitely relate to special needs when it comes to controls, but I haven’t yet been affected by the pulling of accessibility features. If that’s not an option, I remap WASD to IJKM, which I can kinda sorta mash with my right hand’s index finger that’s just always extended. I “can” use a controller by using my left arm’s wrist to flick the entire controller up into my stationary right hand’s thumb and index finger to hit the buttons and the R triggers, but I’m better with a mouse in my left hand, using the side buttons for “WASD” movement. I basically game one handed with my left hand. I’m effectively one handed with only my left hand working at all, and even it isn’t 100%. As a result, I can’t use my right hand for anything. My whole body is affected, but my right side much more than my left. I have moderate Cerebral Palsy, which is brain damage that affects motor control.
